The Work
Sharon Hart's creative roots reach into the verdant fields and hedgerows of the traditional English countryside, drawing on myth and metaphor as a lens through which to interpret the world's palette. Her paintings are held in private collections across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
Working from a studio in Conway, South Carolina, Sharon employs the methods and techniques of the Old Masters while producing work that is decidedly contemporary. Each piece is allowed to evolve at its own pace, accruing emotional resonance until it sounds a universal theme.
All works are available for studio-direct purchase. Sharon also offers a time-payment program for collectors who wish to acquire a specific piece. Shipping, handling, and insurance are additional. International buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties.
